To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iMeetly shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
